The 2010 International Conference on Smart Materials and Intelligent Systems (SMIS) will be held on December 17-20, 2010, in Chongqing, China, which is organized by Chongqing University, Nanyang Technological University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Hebei Polytechnic University and sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Trans Tech Publications Inc (TTP). This conference provides a forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange research results and share development experiences on Smart Materials and Intelligent Systems.

Submission and Publication

Only original and unpublished paper will be considered. All accepted papers will be published by TTP, in Advanced Materials Research (AMR) Journal (ISSN: 1022-6680), which is online available in full text via the platform www.scientific.net. AMR should be indexed by EI according the previous TTP index results.

All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically through the conference website. The manuscripts should be written in English, and follow the AMM format provided on the conference website. Papers are limited to 4 to 5 pages, and shorter papers (less than 4 pages) will be rejected directly.

Selected papers will be published by several special issues in well-known international journals (SCI, EI).
